Sign-up Information:
Complete and mail the form with a check in
the amount due for the number of players listed below no later
than Feb 9th.
I
am going to the Rally on Sunday Feb 14th, so if it gets to my mailbox later
than that, you have a problem.
Or,
you can sign up at the Rally, but of course all spaces may be taken.
If
you sign up and can’t play, I will refund your fee up to the time I have to pay
the Golf Club. After that, it will
depend on whether or not there is a replacement for you.
As
we will have a low net for men and women, provide a Handicap Index or at least
an HONEST
guess at what your handicap might be. No
ringers please!!
